Este foi uma apresentação única em ajuda á organização de Bill Graham S.N.A.C.K. (Students Need Athletics, Culture and Kicks). Neil Young, com seus companheiros de Crazy Horse Ben Keith e Tim Drummond, tocaram junto com Bob Dylan, Rick Danko, Garth Hudson and Levon Helm (estes tres últimos ex-integrantes do The Band).
