Após mais de uma semana impedido de postar aqui no blog, por conta de um defeito em meu PC, volto com um álbum recém lançado:

"Last Train Home" é o primeiro disco novo lançado pelo Foghat nos últimos sete anos. Com músicas da Invasão Britânica do Blues, o Foghat não reinventa as canções, mas eles jogam com uma quantidade considerável de energia e uma precisão que só uma banda veterana de turnês poderia ter, fazendo deste álbum uma surpresa pouco agradável para os fãs hardcore.

Este el primer albun de esta exelente banda inglesa luego de su disolucion en 1985. Despues de casi una decada, Peverett decide reactivar la banda con otros musicos (Brian Basset, Edie Zine y Riff West). Finalmente Rod Price, Roger Earl y Tony Stevens, integrantes de la formacion original, deciden juntarse a Peverett y gravan "Retourn of the Boogie Man". Este disco cuenta con covers de Willie Dixon, Morganfield y Big Bill Bronzy. Destaque para la participacion de John Popper (Blues Travelers).
