Este es el 14 albun de la banda en estudio, un proyecto que Tyler & Co. querian realizar para escapar un poco de las baladas y videoclipes comerciales que la banda venia realizando. Con covers de Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Mississippi Fred McDowel, Peter Green, Big Joe Williams y Sonny Boy Williamson, el albun salio en el 2004 y en un mes fueron vendidas 500 mil copias lo que le valio un disco de Oro, nada mal para un trabajo que no tiene nada de comercial y fue gravado en el propio estudio de la banda. Honkin`On Bobo nos trae al viejo Aerosmith tocando blues y rock con esa manera cruda e informal que siempre fue su marca. Para quien solo conoce los lanzamientos mas recientes este material se torna obligatorio.
