Buddy Miles ficou muito conhecido por fazer parte do Band of the Gypsys, segunda banda de Jimmy Hendrix e por tocar com o guitarrista Carlos Santana. Seu trabalho solo, apesar de maravilhoso não é muito conhecido. Este é basicamente um disco instrumental (em que pese as excelentes vozes na maioria das canções) e serve para conhecermos um pouco mais dotrabalho deste excelente batera.

Amigos, este disco é muito bom...a versão de "Down by the River" é demais...que voz...quanta emoção Soul...
