"Live at the Fillmore East", lançado em 2006, foi gravado em 6 e 7 de Março de 1970, durante o tour de suporte ao álbum "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere". Cada show consistia de um set acústico de Neil Young e um set com Crazy Horse. Este lançamento contém cada música do set elétrico, menos "Cinamon Girl". O tour foi o último com a participação do guitarrista Danny Whitten no Crazy Horse.
