The Company Of Snakes foi formado aparentemente para reviver o espírito do Whitesnakes. Fundada pelos guitarristas Micky Moody e Bernie Marsden, a formação contava ainda com o tecladista Don Airey (Whitesnakes), o baixista Neil Murray, o baterista John Lingwood (Manfred Mann's Earth Band) e o vocalista Stefan Beggren (Snakes of Paradise).
A banda lançou dois álbuns: Here They Go Again (2001), ao vivo, e Burst The Bubble (2002), gravado em estúdio.
